You will receive a free one-hour consultation with one of our Event Managers, which is used to get to know you. You get the chance to share with us of your vision, themes and desires for your special event. We capture the detail of all you can imagine and wish for your day.
You can ask all the questions you may have and explore any ideas which have come across the mind. We will be able to devise a quote which will be in line with all you require following the consultation.
The Road Ahead
We begin the planning process for the key parts of your day. Frequent updates will be provided to ensure you remain delighted with the plan we have put in place. We begin introducing you to our network of partners, bringing you the best of venues, designers, caterers, cake makers, party entertainers, and so much more! We know the best in the business.
The Journey
We start to layout the detailed plan for you, going through all logistics including invitation delivery, guest arrival, table layouts, and much more. All to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve to enjoy your day to the fullest and allow you to attend your birthday as the special guest.
Party Time
Days leading up to and on the day, we do a final walkthrough of all aspects of the day. You will meet the dedicated team members who will be on hand to ensure you have an outstanding and enjoyable celebration.
